Dear members of EnvioHQ community,  

Our 2^nd month since the successful BETA launch has been a blast! We focused most of our attention towards implementing the feature requests YOU asked for and proudly delivered the following ones below!    

Milestone feature 

Our milestone feature for this month was bulk importing of everything – your drivers, trucks, trailers, customers and loads. With this feature, you can now easily migrate over from daunting excel sheets or previously used TMS and continue where you left off without losing any data or momentum!  

As usual, this is far from everything we’ve done – other notable features and bug fixes include:

• We added odometer to the equipment page, that syncs with your preventive maintenance module and with service history events, so that you’re always up to date on your due dates and mileage for the next oil and filter change! Check out how it works on your Maintenance module page!  
• You can now also duplicate previous loads with ease, saving even more time than before if you’re running repeat or dedicated loads. We will also leave your truck assignments and load number information blank to save additional precious seconds in deleting these! 

• Added support for WEX fuel transactions to enable importing using their transaction exports  
• Many load financials refinements as well as load management refinements and bug fixes 

Coming next!  

A lot of exciting things are in the works, most notably:  

• We are in the process of enhancing the current preventive maintenance module that will help you reach the new level of insight into your fleet oil/filter change due dates and mileage 

• We will be adding an alerts dashboard to keep you up to date on all the important endorsement, documents, permit and insurance expiration dates. So, make sure to enter as many of these when creating your asset profiles.  
• Ability to override system suggested load information such as loaded or empty mileage as well as address information, to still ensure maximum accuracy, even for the most remote areas.
